End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and STEEP & POUR LTD for the Steep & Pour mobile application.
1. License grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, subject to this EULA and the Google Play terms.
2. License restrictions
You may not rent, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the App, remove proprietary notices, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
3. Updates
We may provide updates that modify or remove features. Updates may be required to continue using the App.
4. Ownership
The App is licensed, not sold. STEEP & POUR LTD retains all rights not expressly granted.
5. Termination
This license ends if you violate the EULA or uninstall the App. On termination you must stop using the App and delete copies in your possession.
6. Third-party components
The App may include open-source components under their own licenses, which continue to apply.
7. Governing sense
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder still applies. This EULA does not limit rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
