By downloading or using Steep & Pour (“the App”), you agree to these Terms.
1. App usage
The App provides brew timing, ratio tools, recipes, and a local journal for personal, lawful use. You must not misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, or reverse engineer it except where allowed by law.
2. No account / free app
The App is provided free of charge without subscriptions. Features described in the store listing may evolve over time.
3. Brew guidance disclaimer
Timers, ratios, grind notes, and methods are informational aids. Hot water and brewing equipment can cause injury — use care. Taste results vary; we do not guarantee cup quality.
4. Intellectual property
The App, branding, and content are owned by STEEP & POUR LTD or its licensors. You receive a limited license to use the App on your devices.
5. Local data
You are responsible for backing up any recipes or logs you care about. Clearing app data or uninstalling may permanently delete local content.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STEEP & POUR LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
